The cost of each certificate which is endorsed by the Washington State athletic Trainers Association is:
- Member $5 so long as they are NATA BOC certified.
- Non-Member $20 so long as they are NATA BOC certified.
Student must meet all competencies in Strands 1 and 2 of Therapeutic Services and the state approved model for the Specialty Strand of Sports Medicine, district or locally developed models do not qualify.
All assurance boxes must be checked by instructor and student list filled out.
Assurance form should be downloaded and then sent via e-mail attactment to Gary Clinton. Payment in the form of a check must be postmarked by May 23rd in order to receive your certificates by June 6th.
Later payments will still be processed, just not by schools graduation date. Certificates are guaranteed to be spelled as typed by instructor.
