2010 State Sports Medicine Competition/Symposium Information
- When: April 23rd and 24th, 2010
- Where: Great Wolf Lodge, Grand Mound, Washington
- Cost: Rooms are about $169/night and that includes a water park pass for each person in the room. Some rooms will house up to 6 people, so please reserve your room early.
Schools that are participating are strongly encouraged to stay at the official hotel for the competition on Friday night.
Participants, instructors or schools who are prevented from staying at the official convention hotel due to school or district policy will be assessed a conference room fee in addition to registration cost. The fee will be prorated based on room cost/number of people in each room. The instructor(s) will count for one room/adult. In order to register, the fee and a letter from the superintendent/principal stating district/school travel policy must be sent in with the completed registration form. This letter and the fees need to be received by the registration day so as not to incur late fees for the competition. Fees for the 2010 symposium will be $180 for each instructor and $37 per student.
To make reservations please call: Donna Meyers @ 360-628-1756
This will be the number for all room reservations. You can use either a credit card or PO information and you no longer need to worry about a code. If you get a voicemail please leave a number for Donna to return your call. This method should make the reservation process easier for all those attending the event.
